Our company is a consulting and services company.  We provide services to the individuals or companies who are interested in establishing their business in the United States or China.

We also offer services to individuals and institutions who require financial or academic counseling and training.   The services we offer are:

We deliver training and seminars to business and universities.   Based on our extensive collective experience working in the high tech, academic and biomedical industries,  we are prepared to deliver seminars in business planning, effective negotiations, business communications, business management and organizational development.  For our clients from China, we are also prepared to deliver seminars on what you need to know in order to enter and be successful in the US marketplace.
