After many successful years in high
technology I decided to make a career
change. At age.....well greater than 30......I
decided to attend culinary school.

I attended and subsequently graduated
from the Professional Chefs Program at
Cambridge School of Culinary Arts,
Cambridge Mass.

I am a member of the International
Association of Culinary Professionals
(IACP) and a member of Massachusetts
Specialty Food Association (MSFA)
